AT-series rack and pinion pneumatic actuators convert compressed air into 90° rotary motion with a precision-machined rack and pinion mechanism. Twin piston design delivers balanced torque output, while hard-anodized aluminum bodies and corrosion-resistant coatings handle industrial duty cycles. Output torques from 8 Nm to 4000+ Nm cover valves from DN15 to DN300.

Questions Buyers Ask
What is the difference between double acting and spring return?
Double acting actuators use air pressure for both opening and closing. Spring return (single acting) uses air to open and an internal spring to close — providing fail-safe operation when air supply is lost.
What mounting standards do your actuators use?
All AT-series actuators follow ISO 5211 for valve mounting and NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845 for accessory mounting, so they fit standard ball, butterfly and plug valves without adapters.
Can you supply custom output torque?
Yes. We size actuators to your valve torque requirement and can customize spring sets, stroke angles and materials. Send us your valve model or torque figure for a recommendation.
